Why a fixed fee instead of % of ad spend?
Because % of ad spend is the dumbest alignment in marketing. It rewards agencies for spending more of your money. Our incentive is your profit — bigger results mean retention, case studies, referrals. That's the flywheel we want.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, any month with 30 days notice. Most clients start on Growth, move to Scale when paid channels mature, and come down to Core when compounding SEO makes paid optional.
How does the 90-day guarantee actually work?
Week one, we agree in writing on one 90-day target — a revenue number, a pipeline number, or a direct-booking %. If on day 91 we haven't hit it, we work the next 90 days at zero fee. Roughly 4% of engagements hit this clause; all have since cleared the target in Q2.
What counts as a "channel" in paid advertising?
Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Hotel Ads, metasearch — each is one channel. Core covers 1, Growth up to 3, Scale 1–3 optimized at daily cadence.
We're pre-revenue. Too early?
Probably. We're best at scaling things that already convert. If you're pre-PMF, we'll point you to a few specialists who love early-stage — and circle back when you're ready for compounding demand.
What's the onboarding like?
Two weeks, hard scope. Week 1: audit, tracking audit, 90-day target agreed. Week 2: content plan, campaign structures, baseline reporting wired. Day 15: we start shipping.
